Instructions for Use
SIMPLY WRAP TARGET AREA WITH AN ANCHI ATHLETIC WRAP.
ANCHI Athletic Wraps are specific for shin, joint, muscle pain, soreness,
strains, sprains, bruising, muscle tears, or incisions:
Apply one or more ANCHI Athletic wraps depending on intensity of
pain, degree of injury or presence of bruising. If needed wrap during
sleep each night until symptoms are gone. Two or more wraps can be
tied together to make an extended wrap for greater effect. ANCHI
Athletic products are often more effective than ice.
New injuries may be completely addressed within 2 hours to 48 hours.
Chronic long term injuries may require a support regime of ANCHI
Athletic wraps before and after events as well as during sleep and on
occasion in combination with standard ice techniques.
NOTE: With the first use of ANCHI Crystals, a very small percentage of
people notice a slight discomfort described as an “energy build-up”
near the wrap. If this occurs, simply remove the crystals from the body
for an hour or remainder of the night. The reorganization of bio-
electrical flow will continue. Re-apply as necessary.
Sleep with ANCHI Athletic Wrap in contact with body for maintenance
support. Even if there is no area of pain or injury, before falling asleep
place wrap near areas of tension, center of chest, over thymus, top of
head, or over solar plexus for a few minutes prior to sleep. Users often
place wraps on various places by instinct when there is no pain.
In acute painful injuries such as sprains where the injured person
cannot tolerate even a light touch on the injured area, after placing an
ANCHI Athletics wrap on the injury, amazingly, the most common
response is, “Ah, that feels so good.”
